Hiring for a full-time (40 hours per week), Associate Director & Conference Planner, with a projected start date in October 2018 (could begin in September for overlapping training). The applicant must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to comprehend and apply policies and regulations. Applicants must have a four year degree and at least three years' experience. (Experience as a high level Executive Assistant or Account Executive is preferred.) Proven experience in a variety of administrative and/or business operation tasks is required. A background in conference/meeting planning and management is preferred. Skills-based testing may be required prior to an interview and/or offer.
